I was blogging this morning and then came across a blog that I hadn't read before, it was nice getting to know the blogger behind the blog. She invited others to join in, so I did. Thank you Shannon over at Shannonhearts.blogspot.com, for the inspiration.
If you really knew me,
you would know that I have three children {Here} who are the light of my world. I am so completely blessed that God gave them to me for this time. You would know that I homeschooled all of them for two years and loved it.
If you really knew me,
you would know that I have been married for 15 years to
a wonderful guy who amazes me with his spirit every day, especially lately.
If you really knew me,
you would know that I had a bit of a heath scare earlier in the year and I Praise God that I am feeling better, and that on the spot I gave up red meat and caffeine for my health.
If you really knew me, you would know that when I am sad, I get quiet.
I will want to reach out but often don't.
If you really knew me,
you would know that I am job hunting right now
and am completely frustrated especially because
I hate rejection of any kind.
If you knew me,
you would know that losing my job in May
was a super hard blow and crushed me deeply.
I had never lost a job and even though it was for downsizing reasons,
it didn't make it any less personal or painful.
If you really knew me,
you would know I have the biggest heart for people,
that I am compassionate.
If you really knew me,
you would know that at this moment I am stressed and sad
and holding on to my faith
that God has me and my situation.
If you really knew me,
you would know that I want to run in the
Color Me Rad 5k next year.
If you really knew me,
you would know that I want to do good, and
make a difference in the lives of others, no matter how small.
If you really knew me,
You would know that starting this blog
was actually a brave thing for me because I am shy and worry
about what others think.
